How does the system take credit card payments and how do I get paid?

Your plugin is designed to use PayPal for taking payments this will allow both PayPal payments and all major credit cards.All payments taken will be deposited into your PayPal account (required) we recommend a Pay Pal Pro Account for a more professional look and feel, however it will work fine with Pay Pal Standard

What contract lengths do you offer?

All contracts are 12 months in length. If you cancel within 14 days of signup there will be no cancellation fees, after this a payment of 30% of the yearly amount of the plan you have chosen will be due.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my storage requirements at anytime?

Yes however the 14 day free trial only applies to new accounts so you will not recieve another 14 free trial when upgrading or downgrading storage.

How much is the cancellation fee?

If you cancel during the 14 day trial then no fees will be due, after this time then you will have to pay 30% of total yearly contract to cancel your service.

Why are contracts all 12 months?

We offer free setup on all of our plans in order to keep this great offer then a 12 month contract is minimum. Also online selling is a business that grows over time, with referrals and online communities getting to know of your plugin and products. This 12month time period allows your customers to get to know of you and have confidence in your products and services.

Do you take a percentage or cut from my sales?

No 100% of the profit is yours to keep. The only other cost you have will be the standard PayPal transaction fees of which we have no control over.

Can I make the plugin look how I want it to?

Your plugin is customisable and allows you the freedom to make it look and feel how you want it to using the design editor. No html or web design experience is necessary, its simple but powerful interface allows you to give the plugin your look and feel easily.

If I need more space than the maximum shown what can I do?

Please 'Contact Us' and we will gladly make arrangements to meet your requirements.

Can I give my files away for free?

Yes the system is a great way of distributing files whilst giving you the advantages of the design editor and the file manager that will help you keep control of even the largest of file libraries.

Do I need to own the files I sell or have a distribution license?

Yes you have to have rights to sell any of the files you offer using this system, failure to do so may mean that you are breaking the law

What if I want to offer my downloadable files or media under a specific license only?

We provide a generic License with every plugin sold which you can apply and use on your downloadable files/media etc. However, if you wish to have your own Licenses then you are free to add or change licenses using the license manager.
